Jessica thrives when she is coaching people to bring their brilliance out into the world. As a business action coach, she helps members to get clear on their next steps to reach the aspirations they desire and is by their side to support implementation.
Jessica spent 13 years working as a consultant in the hospitality industry, dissecting financial statements of hotels, resorts, and athletic clubs and appraising the value of hundreds of properties. Analyzing markets taught her to see the big picture impacting an individual business. In her VP of Quality Assurance role, Jessica built processes to produce reports on several hundred hotels in a matter of weeks, accurately and on time.
Jessica joined the online business community in 2012 as a holistic health coach. In this side hustle, she applied her innate organizational skills into creating Eating Clean meal plans and holistic life coaching programs for her clients, helping them identify simple action steps and keeping them inspired and on-track to succeed.

How will I receive my materials?
Live coaching sessions will be hosted on Zoom. Recordings and all other program materials will be delivered digitally through a password-protected members-only site. As soon as you enroll, you’ll be emailed your login information with a username and password.
How long do you stay in the membership?
Is up to you, but we do recommend you commit to 3 months so you have time inside your mindful accountability pods to make progress, make deep connections and achieve bigger results. The longer you stay active, the more dramatic the results you can expect to see.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee so you can "look under the covers" and be sure this is the best place for your growth.
After that, you can cancel at any time by shooting us an email and you won’t pay beyond the program you signed up for. You’ll retain access to your bonus training material and parts of the training including Mindful Millionaire, Email List Building, Becoming Especially Noticeable and Envision Planning Toolkit beyond your initial program period.

What if I can’t attend live sessions?
While we encourage live attendance, it is not required. All live sessions are recorded and posted in the course portal within 24 hours.
What sets IPROSPER apart from typical 1-1 business coaching programs?
Leisa has been a business coach for nearly 8 years before leaving her financial advising practices.
During that time she’s helped 100’s of business owners grow their business and their profits but eventually she realized her ability to help newer businesses was limited because she didn’t have a comprehensive step-by-step training curriculum available when people needed extra support and learning development. This meant clients had to take countless other programs (beyond her private coaching to learn what they needed to build out their online business). Sadly, many of these courses did not provide personalized support and if they did it became expensive fast. And spending $2,000 or $3,000 for a 8 or 10 week class added up quickly.

How will I receive my materials?
Live coaching sessions will be hosted on Zoom. Recordings and all other program materials will be delivered digitally through a password-protected members-only site. As soon as you enroll, you’ll be emailed your login information with a username and password.
How long do you stay in the membership?
Is up to you, but we do recommend you commit to three months so you have time inside your mindful accountability pods to make progress, make deep connections and achieve bigger results. The longer you stay active, the more dramatic the results you can expect to see.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee so you can "look under the covers" and be sure this is the best place for your growth.
After that, you can cancel at any time by shooting us an email and you won’t pay beyond the annual program you signed up for. You’ll retain access to your bonus training material and parts of the training including Mindful Millionaire, Email List Building, Becoming Especially Noticeable and Envision Planning Toolkit.
When you cancel your membership, you will retain access to a few of the programs including Mindful Millionaire Self-Study program, Building Your Email list, Becoming Especially Noticeable, Infinite Abundance and Financially Free but you will not retain access to the Foundations training materials - this curriculum continues to grow and morph and is a benefit of being inside the membership program.
How can I increase my success rate?
Success requires you to take consistent and focused action and that you show up, ask questions, and apply what you are learning into your finances and your business. As long as you keep moving forward you’ll be able to create results for yourself. Actively participating in a mindful accountability pod will be a huge support for this.
You need to do the work and care deeply about the quality of what you are creating for your customers. When you complete your assignments, take action, get curious and use the tools we provide to you, you will see a difference in your business.

Your membership in IPROSPER is an ongoing program and will renew on a semi-annual or annual basis depending upon which membership option you choose.

What if I can’t attend live sessions?
While we encourage live attendance, it is not required. All live sessions are recorded and posted in the course portal within 24 hours.
What sets IPROSPER apart from typical 1-1 business coaching programs?
Leisa has been a business coach for nearly 8 years before leaving her financial advising practice.
Since then she’s helped 100’s of business owners grow their business and their profits but eventually realized her ability to help newer businesses was limited because she didn’t have a comprehensive step-by-step training curriculum available to support them. This meant clients had to take countless other programs (beyond her private coaching to learn what they needed to build out their online business).
